Ongoing Interests: My present research is focused on the historical development of political ideas and their role in shaping self-determination, communities, and identities. Currently, my work is significantly influenced by the scholarly legacy of the pioneering black sociologist W.E.B Du Bois. Additionally, my research explores the evolution of Blackness across various contexts and periods, with a particular focus on class and state formation.
