Profile

Shirley Mambadzo is an MPhil in Sustainable Development candidate at the Centre for Sustainability Transitions. Her research project focuses on the potential of a polycentric governance model in Windhoek’s urban agriculture sector. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Shirley is also the founder of Eden Greenfields, a social enterprise that promotes sustainable agriculture practices, community empowerment, and environmental stewardship. Her vision and leadership have allowed Eden Greenfields to create impactful initiatives that address food security, enhance local food production, and promote sustainable farming methods. Shirley is a valuable asset in any sustainability-focused initiative.
